The Imperium Team was founded in 2016 when Raymond Mo and Joe Bencivenga brought their complementary skill sets together at Keller Williams Gold Coast. Raymond’s background in finance and distressed debt, combined with Joe’s marketing and operations expertise, created a foundation unlike any typical real estate team.
Paul Zhou joined the team bringing bilingual capabilities and an entrepreneurial background from Baruch College — adding crucial value for NYC’s diverse buyer and seller community.
Together, they’ve built a team that has consistently surpassed $20M in annual sales while earning KW’s highest performance awards six consecutive years — and more importantly, building lasting relationships with hundreds of families across New York.
